All About Aerobics

The YMCA of the Tiftarea offers a variety of classes to help you achieve better health, manage stress and lift your spirits. We offer aerobic, non-aerobic, strengthening and mind/body wellness classes to accommodate all your needs. We offer more than 40 classes a week including, 40 Zumba, yoga, power-ride, kickboxing, body sculpt, water aerobics, power abs, conditioning, pilates, senior/beginner circuit, hot yoga, and butts-n-gutts.
