 Jimmy Moore, CEO
| Jimmy Moore Jimmy is the Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 30 years of experience in human resources management to the YMCA along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Economics from Georgia College & State University. Jimmy grew up in the Macon YMCA and was a member of Hi-Y. He is also an active member of the Tiftarea community, serving as Chairman of the Staff Parish Relations Committee at First United Methodist Church, as well as serving on the Board of Tifton Rotary Club, the Tift County Chamber of Commerce, the Tift County Commission on Youth & Children, the Finance Committee& Church Council at First United Methodist Church, East Beach Blues Band and the Board of Tift Regional Medical Foundation.

| Jay Lacy Jay is the Membership Director. Originally from Woodstock, GA, she comes to the YMCA with 10 years of experience in a recreational facility. Jay graduated from Reinhardt College with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. As the Tiftarea YMCA’s membership director, Jay has dedicated herself to a more customer satisfaction approach.

 Stacey McDaniel, Programs Director | Stacey McDaniel Stacey is the Programs Director. Her background is in childcare, fitness, and human resources. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Valdosta State University and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Troy University. Currently, Stacey is working on growing our services to include more after school programs and enrichment opportunities for the youth of our community.

 Ambur Humphrey Assistant Programs Director | Ambur Humphrey Ambur is the Assistant Programs Director. Her background is in psychology, fittness, aquatics facilities and recreation programs. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southwestern University. She is very energetic about helping stacey grow the YMCA and the various programs to assist the community if Tifton. |
 Rick Hawkins, Maintenance and Facilities Director | Rick Hawkins Rick is the Maintenance and Facilities Director. He has a wealth of knowledge in general contracting and is a Certified Pool Operator. Rick’s experience with the YMCA started over 30 years ago as a certified lifeguard at the Gaithersburg, MD YMCA. He has been with the Tiftarea YMCA since the inception at the Westover Road facility.
