 YMCA Right Start Fitness Orientation Program

A Free, Friendly Service to help Maximize Your Fitness Goals.

One of our newest programs that is included with membership. It is designed to integrate you into our YMCA family and allow for time for you to get comfortable with all the workout equipment available to you.

The Right Start Fitness Program includes:

     1. Getting you connected with a fitness attendant for four weeks, at your initial consultation you will receive your membership card.

     2. Having your fitness attendant get you acquainted with our  Health & Wellness Center and meet with you for your orientation.

     3. Your fitness attendant will answer your questions and covering step by step all of the options to obtain your fitness goals.

     4. Your fitness attendant will check in with you during the four weeks and establishing the personal connection to help you attend the YMCA facility and programs regularly.

 PERSONAL TRAINING

Each day many people join the YMCA with a high motivation to become healthier but sometimes they need help and support!

The Y strives to make available to you the most experienced and professional personal fitness trainers. Our trainers cover a vast array of clientele including athletes, sedentary adults, seniors and teens. Our certified personal trainers can design a personalized training program specifically for you based on your individual profile.

Whether it's losing weight, toning up, building muscles, increasing stamina, or preparing for an event, YMCA Personal Training will help you reach your fitness goals through personalized training. And we'll help you learn how to stay that way for life.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, shape up, train for a specific event, or work toward more specific fitness goals, you will benefit from our Personal Training programs.

Personal Training is available in 6 sessions and can be purchased individually or as personal training packages.  Session rates are as follows:

$25.00 per session

$125.00 for 6 sessions

$185.00 for 8 sessions

Every new YMCA Member recieves one free consultation with a trainer!!
