Our trainers cover a vast array of clientele including athletes, sedentary adults, seniors and teens. Our certified personal trainers can design a personalized training program specifically for you based on your individual profile.

Session rate is as follows:

$28.00 per session

Right Start Program

Get your gym experience off to the Right Start. We here at the Tiftarea YMCA understand how a gym may be an intimidating place to first come into. At your request a wellness coach will walk you through each piece of equipment and show you how to use it at no cost. All you will need to do is stop by the Membership Desk and Schedule an appointment.
