 Aqua Aerobics: This class is an invigorating way to get your heart rate pumping and your muscles moving. The class is done in the shallow water and overall is low impact so your joints won’t be stressed.

 Fat-Burning Mix Class: Fat-Burning Mix is an interval style workout where you oscillate between intense bursts of calorie blasting cardio and toning segments that help give your body more definition and empower your muscles to burn more calories long after the class is over! By rotating back and forth between cardio and toning your heart rate is able to stay at a level that enables you to burn more fat than you would by only performing one style alone. The cardio brusts will raise your heart rate (torching a ton of calories) while the toning segments will give you a chance to catch your breath while the muscles you are focusing on are still benefiting from that accelerated heart rate! You will never plateau because each interval workout is different; various forms of cardio will be used each time, but there will always be a type that will suit your needs. The instructor will show for each form of cardio an advanced high impact version and a more moderate low impact version making the class stimulating for everyone.

 Concentrated Core Class: Concentrated Core is a workout that is designed to strenthen and chisel your midsection. This class will be so much more than just crunches...all of the lastest research from fitness experts will be combined and utilized to provide you with an intense concentrated 30 minutes focused solely on your mid section! 

Gentle Flow Yoga: A beginner level mind/body class designed to improve posture, increase flexibility, reduce neck and shoulder tension, improve athletic performance, prevent injuries, decrease back pain, and ultimately reduce stress. This class is great for people who need low impact and beginner level classes.

Yoga: An intermediate level mind/body class designed to improve posture, increase flexibility, reduce neck and shoulder tension, improve athletic performance, prevent injuries, decrease back pain, and ultimately reduce stress. Come join us for some stretching relaxation.

Power Ride: Want to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time? During a 45 minutes spin class you burn around 750 calories. It is a low impact by nature so your feet and knees won’t hurt. This makes cycling a great workout for people of all ages, even older adults with joint problems. Cycling even helps increase lung capacity and cardiovascular health.

Cardio Kickboxing: A martial arts and self defense based cardio surprise class that focuses on everything that is considered hi/lo.

Mega Mix Up: A hi/lo type cardio class that uses a variety of different strength and cardio elements to tone and get your heart rate going.

Zumba: This is a very dynamic and exciting class full of latin and exotic music flavors. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most important muscle in the body, the heart! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps, although you do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba.

Power Abs: A series of abdominal workouts ranging from matt to ball work that focus on strengthening the core, tighten the midsection, increase flexibility, and improve your balance and posture.

Total Body Blast: A nonstop workout that targets every area of the body. Uses a variety of fitness disciplines that range from low to high intensity.

Cardio Sculpt: The ultimate mixture of cardio and weight training to get the lean physique your after. 

Butts & Guts: Exactly what the name emplies: tighten your glutes and flatten those abs!

Zumbaqua: Not your same ole’ water aerobics! You can now experience our Latin dance fitness in the water! This class is done in the shallow water and takes elements of the Latin Dance class and adapts them to a water aerobics type feel.

Back Pain & Stress Reduction Yoga: This class will use YOGA techniques to focus on reducing stress in your shoulders and back with low impact/high results stretching.

Body Pump: Set to the latest music, this class is designed to tone and sculpt. Each set is choreographed to a song so you work the designated muscle group to your favorite beat.
